一、產品介紹

細胞在藥物開發過程中扮演至關重要的角色，而有效產生目標重組蛋白和抗體的Stable Cell Line可以有效節省時間並降低成本。Biointron 使用 ECACC 許可的 CHO-K1 細胞進行細胞開發服務，其經驗豐富的團隊可快速生產高產量細胞株，以滿足客戶的基礎研究和CMC開發需求。

二、產品特色

1. 已經成功構建200多個Overexpression Cell Line。
2. 目標蛋白包含簡單的Single-Pass membrane Protein (例如：PD-L1 Protein) 和難度較大的 Multi-Pass membrane Protein (例如：G protein–coupled receptor, class C, group 5, member D (GPRC5D))
3. 陽性率達90%以上 (使用Flow cytometry檢測)
