一、產品介紹
AmMag™ SA Plus 系統旨在使用磁珠自動純化蛋白質或抗體。儀器在一小時內最多可容納 12 個 50 mL的樣品,並可處理至多 80 mg的目標抗體或蛋白質。與傳統的樹脂純化系統相比,客戶無需在處理樣品時進行離心和過濾,因而節省數小時的預處理時間。
